In August 4 of the year 2008, in Tokyo, Eaton, an American Corporation, and Japanese Nittan Valve Corporation formed a joint venture under the name Nittan Global Tech. dedicated to design and produce of valves for engines of Japanese and Korean cars.
51% of the shares has belonge to Nittan Valve and 49%  – to Eaton Corporation. Today, the company is a global network of companies based in Poland, Taiwan, China, the United States and South Korea. Customers of the companies are Japanese and Korean car manufacturers.
Our company, Nittan Euro Tech, produces high quality valves for car engines.
